The images of Super Mario Odyssey are fantastic. I’ve been constantly amazed by the Switch’s diverse environments, attention to detail, and graphics prowess. I guess I expected an improvement over Super Mario 3D World, but there is so much more. In fact, you have to play the game on the big screen practically with your nose in it so as not to miss certain details. Each of the realms has its own unique visual style and gameplay. Mario even goes back to his roots in 2D mode.
Super Mario Odyssey – Scuba Diving:
Odyssey’s main campaign isn’t too long, but it packs a punch. That said, there is plenty to do after Mario’s mission. Super Mario Odyssey is an open world and each of the realms is worth revisiting. In fact, the game was designed for life after the main campaign. There’s more than a lot to do, like collecting every last Power Moon, without making it a chore. And while I know I’ve completed Mario’s mission, I enjoy the feeling of being able to revisit Realms whenever I want.
